Bliss (she/they) brings over 28 years of legal and business advising experience to Legally Bound.  As a professional and lifestyle dominant, an active member of kink/rope communities, and a queer polyamory practitioner, her lived experience in the lifestyle and in the adult industry provides real-life context to help you develop practical solutions to your sticky personal, business, and legal challenges. In addition to representing entrepreneurs in the sex/kink positive industry and lifestyle, she has represented well-known brands in adult entertainment.  

Bliss started her career in estate planning and tech business/venture capital financing, followed by in-house counsel roles for an industry giant in technology. Throughout her legal career, she volunteered for boards and hands-on roles supporting diversity/equity/inclusion, domestic violence/sexual assault survivors, consent-incident accountability,  undocumented immigrants, and racial justice.  She runs a volunteer/community-supported expungement clinic with periodic open clinics in Portland for folks with limited means. 

Bliss is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (BS, BA), Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark (JD), and the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington (MBA). She is working on her sex educators certification and committed to improving her rope skills.
