In addition to representing entrepreneurs in the sex/kink positive industry and lifestyle, she has represented well-known brands in adult entertainment.  

As an established consent, kink, and rope educator, Bliss can help you translate and demystify consensual kink and ethical non-monogamy for juries, judges, healthcare professionals, colleges, and other legal and business contexts credibly (with data).

Additionally, through Bliss & Boge LLC Bliss helps modern families protect the people they love and the legacies they’ve built through end-of-life, tax, and estate planning.

Bliss holds degrees from the University of Pennsylvania (BS, BA 1995), Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark (JD, 1998), and the UW Foster School of Business (MBA, 2014). Bliss has served on numerous non-profit boards and provided hundreds of hours of pro bono legal service. She is the ED of the Triangle Legal Clinic.
